By accessing or using the Juzing app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 72 hours may be automatically deleted.
By submitting voice recordings, you grant Juzing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your recordings for the purpose of Chinese dialect preservation and education. Your recordings will be shared publicly with other users. You retain ownership of your recordings and may delete them at any time from your profile.
You agree not to submit recordings that contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. You may not impersonate others or submit misleading content. You agree not to attempt to manipulate the voting system or abuse the platform.
Recordings are subject to community voting. Recordings that receive a significantly negative score may have their playback disabled. This is to maintain quality and protect the community. You may still vote on flagged recordings to help restore them.
The Juzing app, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Juzing. The word database and linguistic data are provided for educational use. User recordings remain the property of the user, subject to the license granted above.
Juzing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of the app. We do our best to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your recordings and personal data will be removed.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the service provider is established.
