Delete your account in the app

Open Juzing, go to Me > Settings > Account, and tap "Delete Account". This immediately and permanently deletes: • Your profile and login credentials • All of your voice recordings and their audio files • Your votes and karma history • Your subscription records

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email privacy@juzing.app from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete individual recordings only

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific recordings. In the app, go to Me > My Recordings and delete individual recordings at any time. If you can't access the app, you can request this the same way, by emailing privacy@juzing.app.

Data we retain

Some data may be retained beyond deletion where required by law, such as records of financial transactions processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for tax and accounting purposes. We do not retain your recordings, votes, or profile data after account deletion.
